The carbon fibre heeled woman shoes are the work of a bright designer and member of the CGSociety called Tim Cooper, who modelled them on a pair of his wife's high heels using a large handful of Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera images. The CGS - if you want to know - is a group of artists who specialise in 3D modelling and computer generated imagery.
Obviously, no one with taste and propriety would ever want to wear these shoes - or even letting them anywhere near their house - but they are still a very clever piece of interpretation. The level of detail is quite amazing - so much so, in fact, that there's a chance someone may take matters a step further and actually make them.
